Great for a short stay!

Great location!! Super close to Hongdae, and lots of cute coffee places around. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I sept on. Living room was good to have and the little kitchen had all you need.

Not enough showers/toilets for the amount of people, considering the toilet is in the shower. Lacks a bit of character. Bit expensive for what you get, compared to other places. Bed are pretty close together, so people snor in your ear haha.

No elevator and guesthouse is on a 5th floor, difficult when having heavy luggage. Dirty bathrooms, dirty kitchen, so many mosquitoes.

The location was amazing, the staff was nice. Really close to the main shopping streets. There is a kitchen with clean water and a "living room" area.

As it is a hostel, there might be roommates who have no ideas how to keep quiet "after hours". Even after asking for many times, some people just kept making noise (drying hair etc)

Not cheap nor great

A cheap place to stay when visiting Hongdae. They have a freeflow of fresh towels and a water dispenser.

This is an appartment. There was a lot of clutter everywhere, barely enough space to keep my stuff. A lot of unwashed dishes in the sink which was already smelling rancid when I came in. The appartment definitely need a good clean. I also didn't meet the host so it was challenging to settle in. Recommend the host to be more hands-on with the property.

Unclean but comfortable.

The room was Ok but it was a bit unclean under the bed.

Oh, I better not talk about it. It was on the 5th floor and there was no lift, so we have to climb the stairs with the luggage. Although location was excellent, they could have put more effort to clean the bathrooms and the kitchen. Especially the bathrooms were very messy.

Perfect for a couple of nights. Great location. Dirty bathroom.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Everyone there was very nice. There are also big lockers to store your stuff!

The bathroom and kitchen were very dirty. I did not want to shower in there. And we got no information when checking in and had to figure everything out on our own and from asking other guests. You have to climb several flights of stairs, which could be difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

good location for going out in hongdae

I thought the decoration was fresh and the bathrooms were well appointed. the had large lockers in the bedroom half the height and width of a single door wardrobe, but not big enough for a suitcase. there were toiletries in the bathroom. there was a hot and cold water dispenser in the kitchen, but no extras like coffee. there was a living room area with a large sofa and armchair. the location is good for going out in Hongdae. I stayed in three parts of the city, it isn't as good for visiting historical sites in the centre. jonggak was better for that.

there was a security door at the entrance and you were supposed to contact the owner if there was no one there. I was lucky there was someone in but even he couldn't contact the owner. I wanted to leave my cases. he let me leave them there but he was a little unwelcoming and said you can't stay here now. (not that I intended to). the code on the door was wrong so later I couldn't get in. Again I was lucky that someone was there. there are a lot of steps up to the guesthouse.

it’s on the 5th floor and no elevator. not so easy to bring it up stair if you have a huge luggage but the staff helped us so it was okay. my friend forgot her cleaning foam when she showered at night (1~2am) and it was gone at 5~6am…

Good place to stay.

Nice neighborhood, close to metro station, very nice owners though I didn't see them much and also nice staff. Funny and friendly dog which they leave in the hostel sometimes. The other guests were a little social.

Hot water supply could be better. I tried showering a few times but the water was only a little warm (i waited a while to see if the water got hot).

Cheap price

5th floor is too tough to go with your luggage. It has no reception place, no guidelines. I faced just one deserted living room, all washings-hanging. The staff what i met was answering me well but not friendly, one another was always go to the PC at the corner and always watching managing program like i am guest or not. Kitchen was messy and i can't find how i store my food and ingredients.

The guesthouse is in a very good location in Hongdae. It is a very inexpensive place to stay at. It is very convenient as long as you don't have too much stuff with you.

Not a good idea if you have a heavy luggage as it is at the 5th floor without elevator. It is not very clean and you have close to no privacy in the room.
